    Manuel Macías (Mexico) 

     

    Manuel Macias is a Mexican designer and graphic artist who, from a very early age felt the need to communicate graphically, and so he has continued to do so ever since the start and throughout his career by making design become a part of life’s experience. As a design philosophy, Manuel constantly thinks about the relationship of the designed object and its user, he likes to involve, surprised, and sometimes, if there is an opportunity, make the user smile.

    Shipping & Delivery  

    We currently offer free shipping within Mexico and flat-rate insured shipping for the United States, if you would like to purchase artwork for shipping to other countries please contact us directly at: admin@enblanco.art with information on the interested artwork so we can give you a personalized quote and help you with any enquire you may have, we strive to offer the best service and have our art available worldwide, so contact us and let us transform your space.     All orders are packaged by hand with special care to protect your artworks.

    Most orders are shipped within 10 business days. This excludes work shipped from the artist's studio. Once an order has shipped, we will send tracking information with exact delivery dates determined by the 3rd party carrier. Shipping and delivery dates are not guaranteed unless otherwise noted. If there appears to be an issue with the delivery of your order, please contact us: admin@enblanco.art or give us a call + 52 (624) 105 2792 and we will do our very best to assist you.  

     

    Broker information may be required for oversized shipments to countries outside of Mexico. The courier companies we currently work with are Estafeta or DHL (in MX) and DHL, UPS and/or Fedex for international shipments.

     

    Returns 

    Having bought a piece, we sent you descriptions and visuals of the artwork featured on our website. However, if you are displeased with your acquisition please email us at admin@enblanco.art and we’ll gladly offer you a store credit within 10 days of receipt of the artwork. Custom framed pieces will have a 20% processing fee. If art arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.  

     

    Order Cancellations 

    We accept cancellation requests with a full refund within 24 hours of the order confirmation. Cancellations requested after this window of time will be treated as a return.
